WE SEE STORIES

Seestories started as a way for me to pay homage to places that were important to me. It was a very personal process, a way of wearing my past on my sleeve...

 

When I wore my bangles I found that people would often comment on them or make suggestions of things I could set. It quickly became clear that I should set up a 'bespoke' service, offering clients the opportunity to collaborate with me on creating jewellery to commemorate an occasion, to treasure a traveling memory or simply to say 'I love you'.

While I most commonly work using sea debris, almost anything can be set in resin (as long as it is bone dry) - so the opportunities are infinite. Remember, it's always the little things that shape your memory of a person or a place: pressed flowers from your wedding bouquet, lyrics from a special song, buttons from your grandma's sewing box... Pay attention to the details and you’ll see that art is all around us.
